We are seeking to hire for the following position:

Junior Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

Handle from 1 to 3 projects in different design phases simultaneously
Maintain our high standards for creative design
Assist in meeting project schedules and budgets
Assist in assembling and making presentations
Assist with coordinating with consultant team
Assist with coordinating with architecture team
Assist with design and construction document production
Assist with producing and coordinating specifications
Assist with coordinating vendors and fabricators
Assist with coordinating and directing contractors and sub-contractors

Requirements:

1 to 3 years full-time experience or extended part time experience
Proven design skills (portfolio required)
Production track record (examples required)
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Positive mature attitude
Autocad 2006, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS Outlook and Photoshop 7
Freehand drawing/sketching ability a plus
