We are seeking to hire for the following position:

Junior Architect

Responsibilities:

Assist on from 1 to 3 projects in different design phases simultaneously
Assist in maintaining our high standards for creative design
Assist in meeting project schedules and budgets
Assist in assembling and making presentations
Assist in coordinating consultant team
Assist in coordinating with interior design team
Assist with design and construction document production
Assist in producing and coordinating specifications-
Assist in coordinating with vendors and fabricators
Assist in coordinating and directing contractors and sub-contractors

Requirements:

1 to 3 years full-time experience or extended part-time experience
Proven design skills (portfolio required)
Production track record (examples required)
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Positive mature attitude
Autocad 2006, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS Outlook and Photoshop 7
Freehand drawing/sketching ability a plus
